Sending SMS through E-mail

Sometimes one might want to be warned by SMS, for instance whenever a Voice message is deposed in an Asterix Voice Mailbox. This is easily done in Voicemail.conf, by sending an E-Mail to a SMS gateway. Here are a few known E-Mail to SMS free gateways:
